At Uncorked Apparel, every item is made to order just for you! Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless there is an issue with your order. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection (please check the size guide before ordering).

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Minor variations in color or design placement (due to the printing process).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
​

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right! Please email uncorkedapparelofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:


✅ A clear photo of the issue.
✅ Your order number.
✅ A brief description of the problem.

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
​

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your order is missing, please check with your local post office or carrier.
